Pricing
We are currently updating our prices for the forthcoming 2010/2011 season. Until this is completed the listings here on the website will not include prices. They will all be updated and listed here once the Plant Centre is fully stocked and ready for visitors at the start of September. If you need prices before then please contact us for a quotation.

The lists below are samples of the regular stock that we have available at the nursery. However, we often have other varieties and types of fruit on offer, and would be pleased to discuss any specific requirements you may have.
Please note that "Form" relates to typical pot size in litres.

"FG" or Flowering Group
The Flowering Group indicates the period when the tree is in flower - from early 1 through to late 5. A variety will cross-pollinate with any variety within the preceding flowering group, the same group, or the group immediately after. For example, a tree in group 3 will cross-pollinate with any variety in groups 2, 3 or 4, but not 1 or 5. SF denotes a variety that is self-fertile, and would not require cross-pollination in order to generate fruit.

Soft Fruit
The listing for Soft Fruit, such as Blackcurrants and Raspberries, follows on below the Top Fruit listing. Click here to move straight down.

Cooker, Eater or Nut?
The colourful apple icons are used to denote whether a fruit is good for eating or cooking - or both. A fourth icon helps to identify the "nuts".

These fruits are best for cooking and baking These fruits are good for eating fresh These fruits may be eaten fresh or used in cooking These apples make excellent cider This symbol denotes a nut or chestnut

Please note that the icon does not in any way symbolise the fruit itself, and must not be taken as a guide for colour, shape or variety.
