Landscapes and Garden Designs

When you come to Nicholsons looking to transform your outside space the first step will be for one of our designers to come out to meet you and take in the area you have to work with. We will talk through your ideas and aspirations and discuss how you would like to use the garden and any features you would like to see included in the design.

We will advise on whether a levels survey will be needed and can recommend a surveyor if this is the case, otherwise we will roughly measure the space to be designed ourselves.

At this stage we will give you a cost for the design which generally varies between £400 to £1200 excluding VAT, depending on the size of the garden.

If you decide to go ahead we will discuss your budget for the build and we will design the garden accordingly. We will get a design back to you as soon as we can with a layout plan, some images and a fully itemized quote for carrying out the work so you can see where the major costs lie.
