Welcome to May at Nicholsons. After two weeks of solid rain at the end of April we are feeling very pleased that our reservoir has benefitted from the 7 inches of rain that fell – this should now keep us going well into the summer. The rain also helped all gardens and landscaped areas with newly-planted shrubs and trees: these will be well watered-in now and looking fresh and green. It has also dampened the soil, making it the perfect time to top up the borders with some of the lovely plants we have in the Plant Centre. We are offering 30% off all our Herbaceous stock during May and June, and we are Open all day on Saturdays in May and June as well, from 9.00am through to 5.00pm. Don’t forget to send lists of your plant requirements to Matthew, enquiries for all woodland work and tree surgery etc to Tim, or what about a garden makeover? – give Liz a call.

The Plant Centre is open every day from 7.30 am – 4.00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9.00 am – 5:00 pm through May & June.
