Nicholsons - Privacy Policy and Data Protection Act

Nicholsons maintains records of customers’ names and addresses and business transactions on computer. Use of these is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

As Nicholsons undertakes not to pass on any of its records to any third party, Nicholsons is exempt from any obligation to register with the Data Protection Registrar. However, if you would like Nicholsons to delete your details from our main office data base, this can be carried out at the end of our financial year (end of July). However, doing so will prevent Nicholsons from sending you any of our catalogues, newsletters and brochures etc. in the future.
