Delivery
We offer a full delivery service, either by our own transport (van or Land Rover and trailer) or by using a National Carrier and Haulage
Contractors.

We try and keep the costs of this as competitive as possible. Please ask for a quotation as it will depend on the size of order and whether it can be linked in with other deliveries.

Other Delivery Information
To help us to deliver the plants when and where you want them we will need to know your postcode and telephone number. We would also appreciate advice on possible restrictions on access for Land Rover and trailer, the availability of assistance for unloading, and any special delivery instructions or directions.

We will aim to specify morning or afternoon, but timed deliveries are not easy.

We can deliver plants and materials by prior arrangement, but there is a charge for this based upon unloading the plants at the closest available point, although we are often happy to assist with taking them down the garden etc. Delivery and any subsequent time spent on-site will incur an hourly charge of £35.

Large trees can need two people to unload them and this may incur extra charges depending on site and other assistance. We may lay down trees and plants to prevent damage. We will leave plants on site even if no-one is on site unless requested not to do so. Although we will always endeavour to leave them safe, we do not take responsibility for any losses once delivered.

Supply & Plant
For many of the plants that we sell we offer a planting service - please ask for full details or visit our dedicated Supply & Plant page. Please bear in mind that we charge by the hour, based upon time spent on site. We send either one or two people depending on the size of the trees and scale of the job. The cost of delivery is extra.
